The
Pennsylvania Livestock Association (PLA)
provides a vital communications link for all livestock related
businesses. We support
education and research programs, youth activities (elementary
through collegiate levels), promotions and legislation that benefits
the entire industry.
The
PLA provides a united effort to deal with livestock needs
programs. Every effort
is being made to strengthen the future of Pennsylvania’s livestock
industry, the second largest segment of Pennsylvania agriculture.
Our
mission is to develop and conserve the full agricultural and soil
resources of Pennsylvania by promoting the production and maximum usage
of cattle, sheep, swine and horse industries within the
Commonwealth.
